ERGOLASH® 500kg, lashing strap with hook, 4 meter, 25mm

ERGOLASH® 500kg-series is the small lashing strap for load securing tasks on the trailer, in the van or other places where you want secure fastening. The small size weighs just 400g and takes up minimal space during storage.

EASIER TO USE THAN THE NORMAL TYPE

As with all ERGOLASH models, this 500kg-series is also characterised by the patented winding shaft in the ratchet. The shaft is specially designed for 25mm straps and you enjoy the same time savings as with similar ERGOLASH solutions.

For the ERGOLASH® 500kg lashing, it is particularly worth mentioning how easy it is to use the product. We often hear that ERGOLASH® 500kg is much easier to use than the old model. Sideways insertion of the strap is significantly more intuitive and you avoid fumbling with getting the strap into the ratchet.

25MM RATCHET IN VERY GOOD QUALITY

The small ratchet is constructed in steel and is fully galvanized, which contributes to extended service life and resistance to corrosion. This model is also manufactured with top-quality polymer-coated handle and locking mechanism, which makes the ratchet comfortable to use. The handle is further designed with a knob, which allows you to get a good grip on the small size when tightening. The ratchet is the well-known model where the strap is tightened by a push movement.



The strap is made of polyester and is 25mm wide. For this model, the total length is 4 meters. The ratchet is 0,2m and the strap itself 3,8m. More models with other lengths are on the way. The hook is the well known J-hook made of steel and also galvanized for corrosion protection. LC (Load Capacity) for this model is 250daN equivalent to a load securing capacity of 500kg in a top-over lashing.
